Our client is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and organized person to specialize in client services for their operations in Charlottetown. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients calling the office, you are primarily responsible for the coordination of documents and forms, providing general support to management, managing file tacking systems, finalizing required documentation, and collecting client information, as required. You will successfully provide logistical support to administer the delivery of our client services, scheduling, agenda preparation and basic tour services.


o Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and follow through with appropriate, accurate, and timely action;
o Work to internal workflow processes, systems and structures to support operations;
o Act as a key contact and interface between the client manager and the client;
o Produce regular e-communications;
o Manage time effectively in order to complete workload and meet deadlines; and
o Write memos and letters in professional manner.

As the successful candidate, you are proficient with Microsoft Office and have strong technical abilities. You will have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for interaction with internal and external clients.
You must be proactive in your position, and have a genuine positive personality. The ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and exercise substantial discretion and judgment are firm requirements.

This is a part time position with the possibility of full time based on the candidate’s skill set. For part-time, hours are flexible between 8:30 and 5:00pm.
