Position: SENIOR LEAN MANUFACTURING ANALYST

As the Lean Manufacturing analyst, you are responsible for deploying our client’s operating system through the Standard Implementation framework across the whole facility.   In addition, you are responsible for preparing, deploying, monitoring and Project Management of the operating system deployment at a site. You will lead and facilitate site communication, education and training, lead site pre-analysis that includes base-lining operational and financial measurements, and coach and mentor Site Leader and functional Leaders in Standard Implementation Framework (SIF)Deployment, aligning and linking the operating system with plant performance and priorities.

Education:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\\\'s degree in business, or any technical discipline from University required, experience in any of the following areas: manufacturing, materials management, quality or process improvements combined with a strong knowledge of site manufacturing processes.  Additional qualifications include Lean Expert or equivalent experience, proven/experienced and working knowledge of a lean manufacturing system, ability to motivate/energize others has excellent teaming and interpersonal skills, project management experience skills, significant cycles of learning and conducting kaizen events, results oriented with history of getting breakthrough results through lean manufacturing systems, and the ability to motivate and energize others, to think analytically and critically.

Experience:

As the successful candidate, you will develop the operating system talent, including Lean Expert and Master skills and develops specialist knowledge within the site, drive continuous improvement following the SIF implementation, monitor maturity scorecards and develop actions to lead site through maturity phases, and continually challenge conventional thinking, drive accountability for site or functional results and deployment, and sustain the application of the operating system.
