Job Description:
Our client, a leading Charlottetown, PEI based developer of advanced technology products is expanding their team. Dedicated to providing advanced software, hardware and IT solutions, our client has a history of providing best in class technology based software in Canada, the USA and globally since 1995. Our client has developed software applications; front and backend database products, networked client/server and secure ASP/web-enabled implementations as well as hundreds of custom software solutions.

Education:
To be considered for the position you will have graduated first class with a Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate has a minimum 5 years of experience in the field. Experience developing advanced technology for healthcare professionals will be considered a strong asset.
Experience:
As Senior Software Developer you will be proficient in working with best practice software development methodologies, web technologies such as PHP and Javascript, and database platforms such as MySQL. You have superior technical skills and have the capacity to learn new programming languages in weeks rather than months. You will not be satisfied with delivering products and solutions that do not meet the very highest standards of quality. Occasional travel may be required.
