Several organizations are seeking an experienced operations manager to support diverse business operations including day-to-day oversight, managing strategic direction, and achieving forecast targets.
The Role:
This is a high-level senior role with responsibility for overall business management and performance. Our clients include non-profit and service industry operators. Working with a board, organization direction will be communicated, and the operations manager will be responsible for executing on the direction of the board to achieve organization objective’s. responsibilities include program management and delivery, human resource management, marketing oversight and achieving targets such as client service metrics and/ or sales targets.
Requirements:
- A designation or degree in a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Commitment to personal growth and taking on challenge.
- Community connections an asset.
Remuneration
Based on experience and role specifics.
Annual Salary Range – $65,000 – $75,000
