More information about our client:
Digital asset management (aka DAM) is broadly defined as management tasks and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of digital assets while Digital preservation is defined as “a formal endeavor to ensure that digital information of continuing value remains accessible and usable. It involves planning, resource allocation, and application of preservation methods and technologies, and it combines policies, strategies and actions to ensure access to reformatted and “born-digital” content, regardless of the challenges of media failure and technological change.” We bring these principles and functions together to provide services and solutions that allow our clients to effectively manage images, videos, documents and more in a central work-space while ensuring files are protected and preserved for long-term storage. Our team, consisting of solution architects, librarians, systems engineers and software developers, develop solutions ranging from closed repositories intended to preserve and protect company’s internal assets to public repositories designed to bring organizational assets online to share with the world.
