We are searching for a Human Resource and Recruitment Administrator to assist and promote consultancy and various administration services. The successful candidate will work both independently and with a team to assist in the development and creation of Human Resource Policy and Procedures, as well as organize the entire Recruitment process from beginning to end. The successful candidate is expected to be a confident and professional individual capable of taking on projects independently and producing accurate and timely projects.

Full-Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Permanent
General Duties:
- Develop, implement, and manage HRM consulting projects
- Managing an independent project portfolio
- Organize and manage full-service Recruitment projects
- Developing job descriptions
- Providing research to identify competitive salaries, compensation, and accurate requirements of positions
- Resume and application screening, analysis, and presentation
- Developing interview questions related to job descriptions
- Organizing and implementing interviewing processes
- Meet and communicate with new and existing clients
- Implement marketing strategies to promote HRM and Recruitment consulting services
- Staying up to date with current HRM legislative requirements and documents
- Staying current with industry salaries, wages, and compensation packaging
- Investigating the job-seeker market and keeping accurate research on this data
- Assisting in the identification of new HRM policies and procedures for clients
- Implement creative strategies to build marketing portfolio of individual silo and client outreach
- Attend events related to the growth of our business
- Being an advocate for Confederation Group in marketing activities, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
Requirements for this position would include:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resource Management or Related field
- 3-5 years experience in the Human Resource Management or Consulting field
- Experience in Recruitment
- Excellent knowledge of standard HRM policies, procedures, provincial legislation, training and development and performance management
- Excellent understanding of professional Recruitment and screening processes
- Demonstrated independence and capability to complete projects from beginning to end
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Professional communication
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing
- Confidence in ability to provide consulting to clients
- Strong English language speaking and writing capabilities
