Description:
Brault Roofing Maritimes, a new and exciting Commercial Flat Roofing company to PEI, which has been around since 1949 has immediate openings for experienced Flat Roofers available. The successful candidate(s) will be motivated, experienced, conscientious, and driven individuals. Wages are negotiable depending on experience.
General duties of this position would include:
- Installation of Tar & Gravel Roofs.
- Installation of Modified Bitumen (Elastomer) Roofs.
- Installation of Green Roofs.
- Installation of Inverted Roofs.
- Installation of Single – Ply Membrane Roofs.
- Leads by example and follows all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Learns and practices correct procedures.
Requirements for this position would include:
- Previous roofing experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Working at Heights required.
- Roofer Certifications is an asset.
- Fluent English communication skillS
Interpersonal skills and abilities required for this position would include:
- Ability to take direction as well as work independently.
- Ability to and interest in working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Motivated, dependable, and reliable.
