BLAKE DOYLE
Blake is a business owner and entrepreneur residing in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. He has started numerous businesses in the retail and service sectors and has traveled, for business, across North America and the world.
Upon completion of his studies in Halifax, he participated in a number of information technology companies and led a successful divestiture of a regional e-commerce company to a publicly traded company.
Blake received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Prince Edward Island and an Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s University. His current operating entities revolve around retail management, management consulting, Human Resource consulting and investment financing.
As an entrepreneur, Blake has the ability to analyze data and make pragmatic business decisions quickly. Blake continues to provide strategic advice to help mentor numerous companies across various sectors.
KELLY HAMILTON
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University in 1993 and a Certificate in Human Resources from UPEI/Holland College in 2006. Kelly currently co-manages the operations at Island Recruiting and Focal HR as Director of Recruitment Services. As Director of Recruitment services, Kelly offers her clients a strong background in applicant sourcing, screening and hiring as well as HR consultation services. She also coordinates the foreign worker hiring process for our local clients. During her long Administrative career, Kelly has provided leadership and project management on several corporate and client training projects.
Throughout her career, Kelly has worked in various high-paced industries including Finance, IT, HR, audit, and customer contact centres enabling her to apply her superior organizational and problem-solving skills to create a process driven approach to business.
Sebika Acharya
Sebika is an experienced and skilled accounts manager who provides thorough organization and operations oversight to Island Recruiting. She is originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, from Kathmandu University. Although her degree was focused around business marketing activities, Sebika found a great interest and passion for accounting procedures and financial management. This passion bloomed and provided great opportunity to learn accounting and financial specialization practices in her future career path, both in Nepal and Canada.
Prior to living in PEI, Sebika lived and worked in Halifax, Nova Scotia as an Administrative Co-ordinator at a Private Research and Development Company. In this position, she was able to develop professional accounting organization and management skills, as well as extensive administrative abilities. At Island Recruiting, Sebika manages our daily operations through financial consulting, accounts management and administrative organization.
